H+S Aviation Receives Rolls-Royce FIRST Class Service Quality Award

H+S Aviation Takes Home a Rolls-Royce Award for Fifth Consecutive Year

Portsmouth, UK – H+S Aviation, a Signature Aviation Global Engine Services company, received Rolls-Royce’s FIRST Class Service quality award at the engine manufacturer’s virtual FIRST Network M250 annual meeting held this year on Monday, March 22.

“The FIRST Class Service award represents the First Network facility that continually goes above and beyond to meet their customer's needs. A facility that continually demonstrates a "can-do" mindset; proactively working with their customers to overcome challenges, anticipating their needs, and implement creative solutions to keep their customers in the air,” said Andrew Ferguson, H+S Aviation Commercial Director. Specifically noted in this year’s award was H+S Aviation’s demonstrated ability to support multiple field service requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“This award is a testament to our commitment to delivering the exceptional full-service engine maintenance and accessory support we aim for with each customer event,” Mark Stubbs, Chief Commercial Officer of Global Engine Services said.

H+S Aviation supports Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines and select accessories from Portsmouth, UK and has a branch location for Woodward series governors at International Governor Services (IGS) in Bloomfield, Colorado. Together, H+S Aviation and Global Engine Services companies Dallas Airmotive and IGS have more than 54 years of experience supporting the Rolls-Royce helicopter market.
